What is Texas Ultra Fit (TUF) Boot Camp ?

Texas Ultra Fit is one of the premier group fitness programs in Central Texas. TUF's primary objectives are to empower individuals (males and females) to physically take control of their lives, to develop a positive self-image, and to establish a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle should not be thought of as a temporary change to reach a short term goal, but it should be thought of as a life long journey, it should be thought of as a way of life, this is the reason for our slogan;"It's a way of life".
TUF'S primary objectives are accomplished through supervised fitness training, nutritional education, and numerous motivational and accountability tactics.
Most of our fitness training is conducted outdoors emphasizing the five components of physical fitness, through very diverse, enjoyable, and challenging routines.
All training sessions are directed by highly motivated and certified fitness professionals.
All nutritional instruction is provided by a registered dietician or a certified lifestyle and weight management consultant.
One of the more unique characteristics of TUF, is that it adapts to almost all fitness levels and ages. This claim has been substantiated by hundreds of successful boot campers, ranging in age from 15-70 and fitness levels ranging from 1-10.

Even though a TUF Bootcamper receives many of the same benefits they would receive from a personal trainer; TUF is but a fraction of the price. The average fee for a personal trainer is $40-$50 per hour. At TUF, an average 1-hour training session is less than $10.

Available Programs

Standard Boot Camp - 4 weeks in length
Training days-Mon/Wed/Fri
Training times -5:15am, 8:15am, and 6:00pm - Each class is 1 hour long
(You may attend any of the classes, regardless of the time you register for)

Standard Boot Camp is a core stengthening full body conditioning program, with each workout consisting of cardio and resistance training. Most of the training is conducted outdoors, although we will utilize our indoor facility during inclement weather. You will never be expected to work at someone else's level, but you will be expected, encouraged and motivated to work at your maximum level, it is through this intense effort that you will experience maximum results in minimum time. This method works for all fitness levels.

Home Town Boot Camp

We will come to your hometown with the same great program that is offered in Waco and now in many other smaller communities throughout central Texas. We will customize your hometown bootcamp in any way you would like. We offer 4 and 6 week programs with 2 or 3 training days per week.
Your group will determine the class time that best meets their needs.
Classes will be 1-hour in length.
Price will be based on the number of participants enrolled in the program. The more that enroll, the lower the registration fee. You may check the prices on the Discounts & Prices page.

Backyard Boot Camp or Corporate Boot Camp

We will train you and your friends at your home, business, church, or our location.
We will conduct training for as few as 7 participants. The more participants, the lower the price.
All classes will be 1-hour in length
Training days and times: M/W/F - anytime between 9am-7pm, T/Th - anytime between 9am - 7pm.
