The Workout of the Day (WOD)

The WOD can easily be scaled or modified as needed to accommodate any fitness level, so if you're new to our site, please don't be intimidated by the description of these routines. If performed as prescribed, they can be very challenging, but keep in mind they can be and are quiet often modified.

The Workout of the Day(WOD) is a high intensity workout which is periodically conducted during our standard 60-minute program. The WOD is a either a time-driven or a sets/repetition-driven work-out. All times, sets or reps are recorded. The top scores for the WOD are posted on this site and will remain on this site until that particular WOD is conducted again, at that time the new scores will replace the scores from that previous WOD. The top five all-time scores will remain posted. The individual with the all-time top score will have that particular WOD named in their honor, or they may choose to give it another title(no profanity). The WOD concept is to encourage all boot campers to constantly strive to improve their score/time. The concept should be thought of as; competing against yourself and not necessarily others. Good Luck!!
